What is GeNTRe?
GeNTRe is the new, easy way to submit NTRs. GeNTRe is a web-based app that you can use to fill out and submit an NTR. You can also view your previously submitted NTRs.

How can I access GeNTRe?
Go to http://gentre.gsfc.nasa.gov/

What's my username and password?
Log in using your standard NDC username and password.

What should I do if my username or password don't work?

Is classroom training available for GeNTRe?
Classroom training for the launch of GeNTRe has ended. If you would like to be notified of future training dates, or to set up a training session, contact Jean Smith, above.

How do I enter a new NTR?
Go to the GeNTRe web address, enter your username and password, and click the New Disclosure link. Fill out all the appropriate fields.

How do I find and review NTRs I've submitted?
Go to the GeNTRe web address, and enter your username and password. A list of all the NTRs you've entered into GeNTRe are displayed on your home page. Click on any of them to view the NTR.

How can I customize my home page?
Go to the GeNTRe web address, enter your username and password, and click the Customize Home page link. Click the Add to Homepage button next to any of the listed modules to add them to your home page.

Can I access GeNTRe outside of Goddard or NASA?
GeNTRe is currently only available within the Goddard network.
